We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and natural-born leader to join our team as a Sales Director. In this role, you will be responsible for defining sales objectives, building growth strategies, ensuring the overall performance of the sales department, and overseeing the full order process from client to delivery.
Responsibilities include:
Setting sales targets, developing and executing commercial strategies, supervising and coordinating the sales team’s activities, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients across all segments : individual clients, private jets, and yachts.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Define sales objectives, budgets, and action plans to drive revenue growth and meet company targets.
Team Management: Recruit, train, motivate, and lead the sales team, providing ongoing coaching and field supervision to maximize performance.
Performance & Monitoring: Analyze sales results, track performance, and adjust strategies accordingly to ensure targets are consistently met.
Business Development: Identify new market opportunities, manage key accounts, and develop long-term relationships with individual clients, private jet companies, and yacht clients.
Private Jet & Yacht Accounts: Act as the main point of contact for all private jet and yacht orders, ensuring a seamless and high-end service experience for these premium clients.
Order Management: Receive and manage client orders, anticipate high-demand periods, and coordinate proactively with both the store team and warehouse to ensure smooth order preparation and timely delivery.
Reporting: Provide regular performance reports to ownership, ensuring full transparency on sales results and forecasts.

Tools & Systems: Proficiency in invoicing software, Excel, and standard office tools required to manage reporting, track performance, and oversee day-to-day commercial operations.
