We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Gardener to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, nurturing, and designing outdoor green spaces, including lawns, flower beds, trees, and shrubs.
Responsibilities include:
Planting, weeding, pruning, operating machinery (mowers, trimmers), pest control, and maintaining tools to ensure a healthy and aesthetically pleasing landscape. This position requires physical stamina and solid horticultural knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Plant Care: Planting seeds, bulbs, and shrubs; watering, weeding, and fertilizing flower beds and borders.
Maintenance: Mowing lawns, pruning trees and shrubs, trimming hedges, and edging walkways.
Garden Health: Identifying and controlling plant diseases, pests, and weeds.
Equipment Operation: Using and performing routine maintenance on tools and machinery such as lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, leaf blowers, and chainsaws.
Landscaping: Assisting with the design, installation, and upkeep of hardscape and softscape structures like fences, ponds, and patios.
Cleaning: Removing debris, leaves, and litter to maintain clean and tidy outdoor spaces at all times.
