We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to join our team starting August. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that grow our brand awareness, increase audience engagement, and drive website traffic.
Responsibilities include creating, scheduling, and publishing content (videos, images, reels) across all major platforms, analyzing performance data, and managing community engagement.
Profile:
Native or near-native French speaker, fluent in English
Knowledge of wine and gastronomy
Strong aesthetic sense and eye for visual detail
Well-presented and professional appearance
Key Skills:
Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, video and photo editing tools (CapCut or Adobe Premiere, Canva), strong copywriting, and a sharp eye for trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Plan, implement, and manage social media campaigns aligned with our business goals.
Content Creation: Develop, edit, and publish daily engaging content (text, images, video, reels) across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Newsletter Management: Design, write, and schedule regular newsletters to engage our audience and share brand updates. Manage subscriber lists and monitor performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates).
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs (engagement, reach, traffic, newsletter performance) to continuously adjust and improve strategy.
Community Management: Respond to comments, mentions, and DMs to foster brand loyalty and audience connection.
Brand Alignment: Ensure all content is consistent with our brand voice, visual identity, and values.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activity.
