We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Banquets & Events Manager to join our team starting August. In this role, you will act as the primary link between clients and venue operations, managing the entire event lifecycle from initial inquiry all the way through to execution.
Responsibilities include:
Generating leads, preparing contracts, quotes, and invoices, and creating detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to ensure every client’s vision is executed flawlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Booking: Responding to inquiries, negotiating contracts, and upselling services such as menu upgrades and AV packages.
Quotes & Invoicing: Preparing accurate quotes, managing invoicing, and processing deposits and final payments.
Budget Management: Managing and tracking event budgets, ensuring all expenses stay aligned with allocated budgets while maximizing value for clients.
Coordination: Acting as the main point of contact, liaising between clients and internal departments (catering, operations) to ensure seamless event execution.
Documentation: Preparing detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and maintaining accurate records.
Client Relations: Managing client expectations, resolving issues proactively, and following up post-event to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
Stress Management: Ability to stay calm, organized, and efficient under pressure while managing multiple events and tight deadlines simultaneously.
