We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Wholesale Coordinator to join our team starting August. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the operational flow between our brand and our main wholesale clients, handling order processing, invoicing, client communication, and overseeing delivery operations.
Responsibilities include:
Ensuring accurate data entry, coordinating with warehouses for dispatch, and supporting the sales team to meet revenue goals. This role requires a proactive sales approach, as you will be expected to actively generate and follow up on orders through calls, emails, and direct client outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Management: Receiving, processing, and monitoring wholesale orders via email and phone, ensuring accuracy and timeliness at every stage.
Sales & Business Development: Proactively reaching out to our main wholesale clients by phone, email, and in person to generate new orders and grow existing accounts.
Invoicing & Billing: Managing the full invoicing process, tracking payments, and ensuring all billing records are accurate and up to date.
Logistics & Dispatch: Coordinating closely with the warehouse team to supervise order preparation and ensure smooth and timely dispatch operations.
Driver & Delivery Management: Managing and supervising a team of drivers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining clear communication between the warehouse and delivery teams.
Customer Support: Acting as the main point of contact for our wholesale clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing account relationships.
Data & Reporting: Maintaining accurate records and reporting on sales and order status on a regular basis.
Tools & Systems: Proficiency in invoicing software, Excel, and general office tools is required to manage orders, track data, and produce reports efficiently.
