At Faye Gastronomie Caraïbes, every gesture, decision, and service is rooted in a deeply familial story. At the origin stands Sophie Chrétien — a meticulous, visionary founder who passed on her love for taste and eye for detail to the next generation. At her side is her husband, Chef Jacques Chrétien, Maître Cuisinier de France, who brings culinary excellence to its highest standards.

This passion has been shared and nurtured with their children, Kevin and Julie. Kevin followed in his father’s footsteps and also earned the title of Maître Cuisinier de France. Both Kevin and Julie were trained in some of the world’s most prestigious hospitality institutions, from Parisian palaces to luxury resorts in Latin America. Today, they form a complementary team, united by a shared pursuit of excellence.

Faye Gastronomie Caraïbes is, above all, a family-run company where heritage and innovation go hand in hand — where food is not just a profession, but an emotional journey.

Our kitchen and front-of-house staff form a united, disciplined team that honors the standards of fine dining. Led by chefs Jacques Chrétien and Kevin Dirson, every member of the brigade contributes to delivering exceptional gastronomic experiences — at the Artisan restaurant, the Sushi Bar, or during private events. Trained in prestigious institutions, they share the same passion: refined taste, precision technique, and flawless service.
