AN EVENING IN ALSACE
Where a Legacy Pours Into Every Glass
The story of Domaine Bott Frères begins in 1835 in Ribeauvillé, Alsace, when Philippe Louis Bott first pressed grapes and started crafting wines that would go on to earn international recognition. Nearly two centuries later, the estate remains a family affair, now in its seventh generation.
Today, Laurent and Nicole Bott carry the soul of the domaine with the same dedication. Laurent has spent decades perfecting the art of vinification, while Nicole, awarded the prestigious Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite Agricole, serves as a tireless ambassador for Alsatian wines on the world stage. Their estate spans 18 hectares across three of Ribeauvillé’s legendary Grand Cru sites and has been fully certified organic since 2022. Each bottle is a reflection of a unique terroir, shaped by centuries of tradition and a deep respect for nature.
A Night to Remember
This March, Artisan Restaurant is honoured to welcome Laurent and Nicole Bott for an intimate and exclusive winemaker dinner. Our Chefs has crafted a bespoke six-course tasting menu, designed to echo the nuance and elegance of the Bott wines, accompanied by a wine pairing personally curated by Laurent and Nicole themselves.
This is not simply a dinner. It is a journey through one of Alsace’s most storied estates, told through the language of food and wine.
