During March 19th – 21st 2023, was held the 67th Maître Cuisiniers de France Congres in Cannes, France. During this Congres, the New Maître Cuisinier de France Guide edition 2023 has been presented. Chef Jacques is honored to promote Saint-Lucia through this international renowned Guide.

In addition to the general assembly, the members of the Maîtres Cuisiniers de France have meals on the program in prestigious places in worldwide renowned city for its famous Movie Festival. On this occasion, 23 new inductees have joined the great family of Master Chefs of France. This annual guide lists all active MCFs around the world. Which Chef Jacques is a proud member and promoter of St Lucia for over 9 years, and is an official member since 2005.
