Based on their long friendship history, the two families were able to create Faye Gastronomie Caraïbes thanks to sharing the same values of authenticity inked into their respective families for generations. Food is a family affair after all: one doesn’t sell exceptional products without being a lover of fine foods yourself.

A unity of strong personalities, which through worldwide experiences within the hospitality/gastronomy industry, have harvested wisdom, humility and strong leadership skills.
A family business led by first and foremost Sophie Chretien, followed by no other than her husband, Chef Jacques Chretien, member of the Master Chefs of France Association.
Their knowledge, passion & dedication kept growing throughout time and has been transmitted to the next generation, their children Kevin & Julie. Either in Mexico, or Paris they both built up their career within prestigious locations such as Auberge resorts, Four Seasons, Dorchester Collection, places where they met their partners Marcel & Kim.
