We carefully select the products we use in our dishes and recipes. We use fresh, high-quality ingredients. We import most of our products from the Rungis market in France. As the largest agricultural market in the world, we are committed to purchasing our vegetables, fruits, meat, and other products from this market, not only for their quality but also to bring a touch of France to our island.

We import our wine from all around the world to ensure an exceptional selection, offering a true gastronomic experience to our clients. Each bottle is carefully selected for its quality and unique character, enhancing dishes with perfect wine pairings. Our wine cellar is filled with rare bottles from the most prestigious wine regions. Our sommelier is available to assist clients in selecting the perfect wine to complement their meal. Chef Jacques Chrétien founded the Artisan restaurant after spending several years perfecting his craft in Mexico and France. He is joined by Chef Kevin Dirson, who, after working in some of France’s most prestigious establishments, relocated to Saint Lucia. We offer a lounge bar within the restaurant for clients who wish to wait for their flight in a calm and comfortable environment. With Hewanorra Airport located right across from the Artisan restaurant, we have set up a lounge space for those wanting to enjoy a last drink and relax in comfort before continuing their journey. We then transport our clients to the airport so they can catch their flight.
